TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GYPSUM CALCINATION KILNS.

Vertical and static kilns
Small footprint, easy integration into an existing unit and no moving mechanical parts.
The material is brewed naturally by the air injected continuously in the oven during the treatment of the gypsum and no mechanical wear so maintenance practically nonexistent.
Continuous flow kilns
Maximum production of 180 or 450 tons of plaster / day, depending on the model.
These kilns can also deliver about 20% less in continuous production and hot milling should be provided at the outlet of the kiln plaster screw.
No civil engineering
Possibility to deliver ovens with their metal access tower at all levels. It is therefore not necessary to provide a civil engineering other than a concrete slab.
Simplicity and speed of installation
Plaster kilns are delivered pre-assembled, filters and their de-clogging system already incorporated, electrical wiring done.
On-site installation and start-up will take approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the necessary arrangements made by our Clients on their site.
Gas torch burners system, entirely stainless steel design
No maintenance. No air pollution.

Plaster of optimal quality. High hardness naturally obtained
The calcination of gypsum, under a pressure of 320 to 380 mbar in an atmosphere saturated with water, gives the plaster mechanical characteristics and exceptional flowability, equivalent to a mixture of about 75% of plaster Beta (calcium sulfate hemihydrate) ) and 25% of Alpha plaster.
This ideal castability for molding High Hardness parts, offers a mixing ratio with little water and without any additive of 1.54 (P / E) or 0.65 (E / P). Plaster 100 grams - Water 65grams.
As an indication, the liquidity of the usual Beta plasters does not allow the molding of high hardness parts, since they do not naturally allow to lower the mixing ratio to less than 1.25.
This is due to atmospheric pressure cooking, which lacks the possibilities offered by vertical pressure furnaces.
This type of plaster treated under pressure will allow among other things to lay plaster and plaster high hardness, appreciable especially in public places.
A significant saving of gas energy during the drying of prefabricated parts (blocks of plaster, staff, etc. ..) using this type of plaster, will naturally be observed by users since the amount of water to evaporating is less important. The carbon footprint for the planet is thus also improved.
Low gas consumption
Guaranteed consumption 186 kW ton treated gypsum, ie 223 kW / ton of plaster obtained.
This sobriety in gas energy, allows a quick return on investment, especially since it is excessively competitive.
Longevity guaranteed by a stainless steel design
Integrally manufactured in 18-10 stainless steel and special refractory stainless steel for the combustion chamber. The entire unit is insulated and the filtration integrated in the oven.
Flexibility of use
These kilns have the distinction of being able to be stopped in full charge at any time and restarted in the morning just as easily.
This flexibility of use therefore makes it possible to adapt the production according to the demand and the needs in plaster.
A unique singularity allowing a management of the needs of our customers, without equivalence.
Possibility to recycle plaster waste and phosphogypse
These static vertical kilns have the possibility of being fed for example with cardboard waste (used for the assembly of residential partitions), crushed and mixed with natural gypsum at the rate of 10 to 20% of the volume treated.
Phosphogypsum is also a product that these kilns know how to treat. Previously mixed with natural gypsum at the rate of 50% maximum of the volume to be treated.
